Seedco is a national nonprofit organization that works with local partners to create economic opportunities for disadvantaged job seekers, workers and neighborhood entrepreneurs.

Center for Economic Opportunity (CEO)
Established by Mayor Bloomberg to implement innovative ways to reduce poverty in New York City. The CEO works with City agencies to design and implement evidence-based initiatives aimed at poverty reduction. The CEO is also charged with oversight of Opportunity NYC, including its design, management and implementation.

Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD)
HPD works with its governmental, community, non-profit and for-profit partners to strengthen neighborhoods increase the availability of well-maintained, affordable housing and enable more New Yorkers to become homeowners. HPD operates the Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) which assists households receiving Section 8 subsidies from HPD to become economically independent. HPD will run the FSS program for Opportunity NYC Work Rewards.

New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA)
NYCHA works to enhance quality of life by offering NYCHA residents opportunities to participate in a multitude of community, educational and recreational programs, as well as job readiness and training initiatives.
