How to apply?

To apply for this program, you must:

Make sure you are eligible to apply. Click here to see if you meet the criteria.
Locate a neighborhood partner organization (see list below), where you can schedule an appointment for an Enrollment Workshop.
Click here for a list of documents you need to apply for the program.
Bring all the documents to the office location at the time of your appointment.
Ensure that all eligible adults in your household who are interested in applying are present for enrollment.
Eligible families will be selected by lottery - everyone has an equal chance. If you are selected for the program, you will be told about the next steps a few days after you finish your application.
